First off I love the Beatles. Oh Darling is a great song. I am going to list albums or entire pieces being I can't stand to hear a single song I prefer works as a whole and these are in a random order
Moody Blues: "Days of Futre Past" first rock band/orchestra combo back in the 60's is a concept album from dawn to dusk
David Bowie: Anything from the Ziggy era
Any Beatles what so ever. I can actually play on guitar and paino most any Beatles ever. If I don't know it by heart I have the music and can play it in about 10 mins.
Then my chick artists Ani DiFranco and Tori Amos. Anything by them. Favorites would be Ani's "Not a Pretty Girl" album and Tori Amos "Boys For Pele"
Now the good stuff:
Vivaldi's Four Seasons every movement of every season preferably performed by Janine Jansen
Mendolson's Violin Concerto in Em
Beethiven's Pathetique Sonata
Mozart's Magic Flute Opera as well as Symphonies # 25 and 41
Bach's Harpsichord concerto as wel as the parititas for solo violin
That's probley my huge highlights but I love all these composers and listen to them mostly always.
