For our second event we are going to be trainging eachother how to fight. What better way to do this actually get down and dirty and let the blades swing, the arrows fly, and the spells crash. This event will be this coming Saturday July 12, at 8pm EST. The goal is to enjoy to company of guild mates while helping eachother learn the ins and outs of pvp.

Outside city keep

Setting:
Barracks and training room (please refer to previous post: Settings of the Republic)

Events:
To start we can partner up and work on simple blocking and evation tactics as a warm up. From there discuss the strat we employ and the reason your paricular class will do so. After that is specific practice for certain techniques. Lastly it will be a free for all. At the final point killing your partner is viable to happen. We will be right by the keep and therefore a rez point and should not cause problems. Depending on attendance we can work small group battles in as well. None of this is set in stone merely a guideline. Hope to see you all out there.

What turn out! It was really a pleasure to have everyone show up for our event and it was truely entertaining. If you missed it I am sorry but I will be setting up more. I usually set if for Saturdays because it seems to work for many. Obviously this won't be for everyone. Damn... I just relized, I forgot to mention I wouldn't make it today. Today is my "no video games day". Once ever two weeks or so I set aside a day to take care of errans and other stuff, as well as call up some of the family.
